Seng Clan Singapore warmly welcomes Mr Seng Han Rong (成 汉 荣) 5th person from the left of photo) to Singapore on 14 April 2016 on a one day stopover. He was feted to a lunch at Kew Gardens Restaurant (Tan Boon Liat Building) hosted by the Clan.
